Create alert
Open price alerts
Click Price Alerts in the left menu (or via the dashboard card).
Create a new alert
Click New alert.
Set the condition
Enter the symbol (e.g. AAPL or SHOP.TO), choose Above or Below, then enter your target price.
Save
Save the alert. When the price crosses your threshold, the alert is marked Triggered and you're notified.
Handy examples. "Tell me if SHOP.TO drops below $100" (a buying opportunity), or "if AAPL goes above $250" (take profit). You can create several alerts.
Canadian listings: add the exchange suffix (.TO, .V, .NE) so the right security and currency are tracked.
