WealthWise is a portfolio analysis tool for informational purposes only. We are not registered as an investment advisor with any Canadian provincial securities regulator. No suggestion constitutes financial advice. Always consult a registered investment advisor with your provincial securities regulator before any investment decision.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a WealthWise account or signing up for the waitlist, you accept these terms of service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you may unsubscribe at any time via support@mywealthwise.ca.

2. Service description

WealthWise provides:

Portfolio analysis (allocation, returns, diversification)
FIRE calculations and retirement projections
Analyses generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini)
Configurable price alerts
Comparison with indices (S&P 500, TSX)

What WealthWise IS NOT: a broker, a bank, a registered financial advisor, or an investment fund.

3. User account

You must be 18 years or older and reside in Canada.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password.
One account per person. No identity impersonation.
You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Free plan: CA$0 / month — limited features (1 portfolio, 10 assets, 15-min delayed data, 3 AI analyses / day).

Essential plan: CA$9.99 / month — real-time, 3 portfolios, 50 assets.

Premium plan: CA$19.99 / month — unlimited + Sankey + backtest. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

Payments processed by Stripe. Cancellation possible at any time from your settings. No prorated refunds on monthly paid subscriptions.

5. Limitation of liability

You use WealthWise at your own risk. All investments carry risk, including possible loss of capital. Past returns do not guarantee future returns. No analysis is guaranteed or risk-free.

WealthWise, its publisher, and its subprocessors cannot be held liable for any financial losses resulting from investment decisions based on the analyses provided.

6. Intellectual property

The code, design, trademarks, and content of WealthWise belong to the publisher of the service. You retain ownership of your data (portfolio, goals).

7. Prohibited conduct

Reverse engineering, mass scraping, exploitation of APIs outside of normal use
Attempts to access other users' accounts without authorization
Use for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activities
Spam or distribution of hateful content via social functions (where applicable)

Any violation may result in immediate suspension of the account without refund.

8. Termination

You may terminate at any time from your settings. We may terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, with 7 days' notice, except in cases of serious abuse.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms. Any material modification will be notified by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
